While traveling from BC through to Manitoba, our ford e250 camper broke down just outside medicine hat. We called Big M ford and spoke with Renee who advised us that if we could get the vehicle to them they would do their best to look at it. We managed to get there and within a couple of hours they had diagnosed the problem. We needed a new fuel pump but unfortunately they couldn't get one for a couple of days. Renee was very understanding of out plight and suggested a cheap hotel close by. She even went out of her way to try and find a loaner for us, something we hadn't even asked for. Renee was really helpful and sympathetic to our needs. I hope other people get the same great service that we were presented with.
