Service was completed in a timely and professional manner. Every time I work with Big M Ford they go above and beyond. Employees are friendly and professional and their efforts to provide excellent customer care are genuinely notable. I receive regular check ins to make sure my vehicle is still up to my standard, and they actively work with my schedule to ensure I can receive the repairs/service when possible (very odd shift worker hours). I live in Calgary but the service from Big M is WELL worth the travel. This is where I go for my major services and where I purchased my vehicle.
