Shop online 24/7/365 – our full inventory is available for viewing online with many pictures of the exterior and interior of the vehicles
Our sales team is available for video chats and virtual vehicle walk-throughs that can be emailed or texted straight to your personal devices!
Financing and pre-approvals can be completed online, paperwork can be done and signed virtually, credit card payments can be accepted by phone
A member of our dealership team can deliver your vehicle to your door and give you a virtual delivery to ensure you are fully comfortable with your purchase
We can help set up insurance, transfer registration and pick up license plates to minimize in-store visits

CLEANING:

All of our service employees who deal with customer vehicles are to wear gloves when handling a customer’s property.
Disinfecting Exterior door handles, Steering wheel (including buttons), Center console (outside only), Gear Selector (Dial/Handle), Radio/HVAC Areas, Touchscreen, Start/Stop button, Driver door armrest and center console, Window/Seat/Mirror controls, Rear View Mirror, Seatbelt Buckle & Anchor, Key Fobs.
Ensuring that all vehicles, after being given out for test drives and service loaners, are properly cleaned and disinfected.
Ensuring that interior and exterior doors in the dealership are wiped down multiple times throughout the day to ensure that they are properly cleaned.
The customer waiting room is constantly being wiped down (armrests, coffee tables)
Each sales professional and front-line employee has access to disinfectant wipes and latex gloves which are readily used.
Employees at Big M Ford are ensuring they are constantly washing their hands regularly throughout the day if they are not using Latex gloves.

SERVICE PROCEDURES:

Our courtesy transportation vehicle is constantly sanitized with medical-grade disinfectant so ensure every ride is up to our dealership standards
Vehicle Pick- up and delivery service is available to every Big M Ford Lincoln customer if they are unable to bring their vehicle into service or prefer to stay at the comfort of their home while the work is being performed.
Technicians will wear gloves to perform all work
Appointments can be made over the phone, or directly online.
The vehicle drop-off box is located beside the large service door for customers who want to drop off their vehicle after hours to avoid in-store visits.
Credit Card payments are accepted over the phone, and after-hour pick-ups can be arranged with our advisors.
